The story
Advantage Environmental Lighting (AEL) designs and builds LED lighting fixtures for commercial, industrial and specialty markets from its Fort Worth, Texas facility.
The company’s product lines include behavioral healthcare lighting, retrofit solutions, cleanroom fixtures, wet-location lights, emergency exit signs, and explosion-proof and non-ferrous MRI-compatible lighting, and its own site states its products are “built right here in Texas.”
Why they matter
Commercial LED fixtures are frequently assembled overseas with no facility disclosed. AEL instead names its own Fort Worth, Texas facility for production.
Buying from a manufacturer that names its own facility keeps specialty lighting production, and the jobs behind it, in Texas.
