At DEAN we use only the finest titanium available:- U.S. made 3/2.5 seamless, cold worked, stress relieved – grade 9 titanium.
Each and every DEAN frame is handcrafted one by one, in our own factory in Boulder, Colorado.
We cut every tube with precision Machine tools to assure proper frame into the fixture. After the building process – every tube is hand filed and cleaned prior to the weld process.
We take great pride in every weld on our (your) frame.
